Can you place a hot tub in a backyard with no side access?
Yes. That is the whole point of the crane. When there is no gate, or the gate is three feet wide and the tub is eight, the tub goes over the house or the fence instead of through it. Rafael confirms the reach will work before the crane ever rolls, so you are not paying for a maybe.
Will the crane damage my lawn, roof, or driveway?
No. The crane works from the street or the driveway on outriggers, with pads under them to spread the load. The boom swings over the house, not on it. Nothing touches the roof, and the tub never gets dragged across the grass.
How long does a hot tub crane lift take?
It is a one-visit job. Setup is most of the work: positioning the crane, outriggers down, rigging checked. The lift itself is the short part. Exact timing depends on your access and the reach, and Rafael will tell you what to expect once he sees the yard or your photos.
